Hi, I'm Nicole Espinoza.

I'm a Realtor, local farmer, and proud Middle Tennessee resident with a heart for serving others.

My husband and I own and operate Heavenly Acres Farm in McMinnville, where we strive to steward God's creation faithfully, raise nourishing food with integrity, and serve our local community. That same commitment to stewardship, service, and community is what led me to a career in real estate.

I believe a home is more than a property. It's where families gather, memories are made, children grow, and lives are built. Through both farming and real estate, I've developed a deep appreciation for the many different ways people want to live in Tennessee. For some, that means acreage and wide-open spaces. For others, it's a home in town, a mini farm, or a neighborhood where they can put down roots and build community.

My goal isn't simply to help clients buy or sell property; it's to help them find room to live well.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, I spent five years as a property claims adjuster, helping people navigate some of life's most stressful and unexpected circumstances. That experience taught me the value of clear communication, problem-solving, advocacy, and compassionate service. Today, I bring those same skills to every real estate transaction.
