Hi, I’m Nicole Espinoza! A real estate agent, local farmer, and proud Middle Tennessee resident.
My husband and I own and operate a small farm here in McMinnville, and through both farming and real estate, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the many different ways people want to live in Tennessee, whether that’s acreage and open space, a thoughtfully designed home in town, or a property that simply feels like home the moment you walk in.
I work with clients searching for everything from land and rural properties to homes in established neighborhoods and elevated lifestyle properties throughout Middle Tennessee. My approach is rooted in understanding not just what clients need in a property, but how they want their life to feel once they’re there.
Before transitioning into real estate full-time, I spent years in insurance and customer service, building a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client care. Today, I bring that same level of attentiveness, professionalism, and personal support to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, life for me revolves around family, farming, creativity, and community.
My husband and I own and operate a small farm in McMinnville, where much of our life is spent tending animals, growing food, and building a slower, more intentional way of living. That connection to the land and to this community is a big part of the way I approach real estate as a whole.
I’ve always been drawn to spaces that feel both beautiful and lived-in, whether that’s a charming home in town, a thoughtfully designed interior, or acreage with room to grow and breathe. I love helping clients find properties that not only meet practical needs but also support the lifestyle they envision for themselves and their families.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me at the farmers market, working on home projects, spending time outdoors, or sharing pieces of Tennessee life online.
